After the New Release period is over, the minimum prices are increased based on the demand and rarity of each work.

New Release :
A multiple graphic work, lithograph, serigraph, seriolithograph, giclée, or etching published by Park West® and beeing released to the auction and gallery market for the first time.
New Archival Release :
A unique work such as a painting, drawing, watercolor, mixed media, or a graphic work (as described above) of very limited availability that is being released from the Park West® archives.
